What is the difference in symptoms of Psoriasis and Eczema?

The symptoms of Psoriasis are- Itchy skin, red skin, scaly patches, burning sensations, thickened/ ridged nails, stiff joints, swollen joints, skin cracks, bleeding, and silvered coloured skin. On the other hand, the symptoms of Eczema are- Dry skin, red skin, leathery skin, scaly skin, bleeding, swelling, crusty skin, oozing skin and Discolored skin. Hence, these are the difference in symptoms of Eczema and Psoriasis.
