What is the difference in risk factors between Psoriasis and Eczema?

Some groups of people are at higher risk of having Psoriasis than others. These include people dealing with stress, obesity, consuming certain medications like beta-blockbusters, smoking, skin injuries, having a family history of Psoriasis, and people who drink alcohol and are immunocompromised. In the case of Eczema, people with a family history of allergies, asthma, Eczema, hay fever, being immunocompromised and having skin infections are at higher risk of the disease.
